I have been taking Konjac and Chitosan for about a month and a half, and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate these two products. Due to a herniated disk, which occurred last May, and spinal stenosis, I needed to have back surgery. I wasn't able to be operated on until August because it was necessary to see a couple of specialists before I was referred to a surgeon. While this was going on, I had to spend a lot of time in bed on my back. Once I had the operation, I had to spend more time in bed lying around while I was recovering. Due to inactivity I gained ten pounds. Try as I might to take this weight off I just couldn't do it, until I started taking Konjac and Chitosan. To me, it was a miracle. I couldn't believe that just by taking these products, and doing nothing else, the weight was coming off. Every morning I would get on the scale and to my amazement I had lost another pound or two. I was eating whatever I wanted to eat, I was satisfied at every meal, and I was losing weight. It didn't take me long to lose those ten pounds. I now can eat potato chips, ice cream, chocolate cake, and I do not gain weight. I have been a size six for years, but before I started taking Konjac and Chitosan I couldn't fit into any of my size six clothes. Now, it's no problem! I'm a 57 year old woman, and as you know the older you are the more difficult it is to lose weight. I have not been able to work for a year because of my back problem.
