DELIVERY TIME: 99% of all orders get shipped within the same business day! 4pm (PST) is cut-off time. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation service. The charge is $4.95 per order. It is a flat charge no matter how small, or big orders are. These orders will usually be delivered at your door within 2-4 business days depending on your zone. International orders are shipped via USPS EMS service, or USPS Global Priority service where available. Global Priority service rates are usually less expensive. International rates will vary based on weight and destination. International rates will be quoated for authorization before orders are shipped. APO/FPO & P.O BOXES are accepted.

SALES TAX: California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover. You may also fax orders to (310)388-0171, please be sure to include your credit card number on all faxed orders. We accept checks and money orders. These orders are shipped upon receipts of checks.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must have a authorization obtained by calling our customer service. Return product must be in its original container. Bottles must be free from markings and stickers with the safety seal intact. Opened product will not be accepted. Requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of delivery. Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product shipped is different from the product that you ordered or it is damaged while in transit. Please know that the restocking charge of 20% will apply.

BACK ORDERS: Occasionally an item you have ordered may be back ordered. In such case, we partial ship the order, and do not charge for the additional shipping charge.
